SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every item is made to order just for you. We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays). Here's what to expect:

Processing Time: 5–7 business days
Your order is carefully crafted and prepared for shipment.

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Once shipped, your package is on its way to your door.

Total Estimated Time: 10–14 business days from order to delivery.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays, large sales, or unexpected events such as severe weather or global shipping delays. We always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


SHIPPING COST

Our shipping rates are straightforward and budget-friendly:

  • Flat Rate: $4.99 + $3 per additional item

  • Hawaii & Alaska: $25.99 for the first item + $10 per additional item

  • Free Shipping for orders over $150

  • We Ship Worldwide

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for the inconvenience.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking number to activate in the carrier's system.

If your tracking shows no movement right away, don't worry—this is normal. Updates will appear once the carrier scans your package.


INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address—or is marked "return to sender"—we will refund the product subtotal once the package arrives back to us. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses or forwarding requests made directly to the carrier after shipping.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it yet, it may still be on the way. Reach out to us and we'll gladly help look into it.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will replace or refund your order.

If an item is missing from your shipment, it may have been shipped separately. Please check for multiple tracking emails or contact us so we can verify.


PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

Orders placed with a promotion or free gift are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned—unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we'll make it right.
